1. Last 2 years Tax Returns
2. Last 2 years W-2’s
3. Last 2 years Business Tax Returns – If Applicable
4. Las 2 years K-1’s – If Applicable
5. Most recent 1-month worth of current paystubs or 3 most recent paystubs if paid bi-weekly.
6. 401K | TSP | Retirement Accounts – Most recent quarterly or monthly statement.
7. Last 2 months of Bank Statements
8. Copy of Driver’s License
9. Copy of Social Security Card
10. Property Items:

                  - Mortgage Statement

                  - Proof of Home Insurance Policy

                  - HOA Statement
